Discover Inner Peace: Free Sahaja Yoga Meditation Classes in Harrow

This photo was taken during the 2018 Midwest Yoga and Oneness Festival where people of all ages came to learn more about peace within. It was an awesome experience being able to photograph this event. I would love to continue down this road of event photography.

The Free Meditation & Yoga classes in Harrow, led by Priya and her team, offer a unique opportunity to engage in Sahaja Yoga Meditation. These sessions, held at Harrow College (Harrow-on-the-hill Campus), focus on tapping into inner kundalini energy for personal growth and balance. The technique is accessible to all, requiring no special equipment or attire. Benefits include stress management, emotional regulation, and enhanced understanding of the universe. The classes are free and open to everyone, emphasizing meditation as a transformative journey.

Pinner Women in Business: Where Female Entrepreneurs Connect

In the heart of Pinner, a dynamic and supportive network for women in business is thriving, thanks to the efforts of Cruze Financial Solutions. The Pinner Women in Business Network, founded in 2014, has become a beacon for local businesswomen seeking inspiration, support, and professional growth.

Hosted at Daisy & Co. Pinner, located at 33-35 High Street, the network meets on the second Thursday of every month. These gatherings are a blend of casual networking and structured introductions, providing a comfortable environment for women to connect, share ideas, and collaborate.

National Step in a Puddle and Splash Your Friends Day, celebrated on January 11th, is a playful holiday focused on friendship and fun. Originating from a 1998 Usenet forum and popularized by children's resources, this day encourages outdoor play by splashing in puddles. Though not as widely recognized as other unofficial holidays, it offers a chance for kids to enjoy a carefree, messy outdoor activity.
