Mihaela Manta: South Harrow’s Champion in Costa Coffee’s Barista of the Year
Mihaela Manta from South Harrow has advanced to the finals of Costa Coffee’s UK&I Barista of the Year Competition. After excelling in the regional stages with her coffee-making skills and a unique beverage, she will compete in Liverpool against 11 finalists. The top contenders will proceed to the global competition in July 2024.
Final Call for Feedback: Shape Harrow’s Development Plan Before Deadline
Harrow Council is calling on residents to participate in the consultation for the Draft Local Plan, which outlines the borough's development until 2041.
