The highlight of the concert is Tchaikovsky’s renowned Violin Concerto, Op. 35, showcasing the talents of Fenella Humphreys. Known for her captivating performances, Fenella returns to perform this beloved piece, bringing her acclaimed artistry to the forefront.
Concluding the program is Dvořák’s Symphony No. 6 in D major, Op. 60. This symphony is celebrated for its vibrant melodies and spirited Czech folk dance rhythms, offering a rich, pastoral soundscape that evokes the beauty of the Bohemian countryside.
