Prevent Holiday Diarrhoea with This Simple Probiotic Tip

Dr. Megan Rossi, a gut health expert, advises taking a specific probiotic called Lactobacillus Rhamnosus GG two days before traveling to prevent holiday diarrhoea. Alongside the probiotic, she recommends diversifying your diet with various plants to boost gut microbiota. Additionally, adjusting your meal times and ensuring sufficient sleep can help protect against stomach issues while traveling.

Common Urination Mistakes That Could Harm Your Bladder

A GP has highlighted five common urination mistakes that can harm the bladder and pelvic floor muscles: incorrect posture, hovering, pushing, going 'just in case,' and holding it in. Proper urination habits include sitting with feet flat, leaning forward, not straining, urinating only when necessary, and avoiding holding urine for extended periods.
