There will be two screenings: one at 3:00 PM and another at 6:00 PM, with the titles yet to be announced. The event also includes a licensed bar, mini funfair, and food stalls.
Free JiveSwing Festival Brings Dance and Jazz to Watford
The JiveSwing Festival 2024 will be held on July 28 at Cassiobury Park in Watford from 12 PM to 6 PM. This free event, organized by JiveSwing.com and Watford Borough Council, features swing dance, jazz music, and dance festivals. It will have performances from top international swing bands and DJs, dance classes, and shows. A dedicated children's area with rides, a vintage market, and a classic car display will also be available. Attendees are encouraged to bring picnics, tents, and blankets to enjoy the festival.
Join Kenya and Friends in the Park for Music, Food, and Workshops
Harrow Steel will perform at the Concert in the Park on July 28, 2024, from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at Pinner Memorial Park. This charity steel band, founded in 2019, features talented young musicians aged 13-21 who play complex music aurally. The event, organized by The Pinner Association, kicks off the summer concert season. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs, as no chair hire will be available. A bucket collection will be held to offset concert costs.
